Currently there is not enough black people operating with the WILL to replace the system of white supremacy with a system of justice. More black people are needed in order to achieve effective numbers to be able to replace white supremacy with justice as soon as possible, so being able to determine which individuals to spend your time and energy on will give you great focus.

It would be constructive if one could determine, before committing significant time and energy, which black persons would be most receptive to the effects of clear information, and who would then behave in a manner to weaken the system of white supremacy.

Another thing that tends to happen when one is in the process of becoming less confused, one may behave in a manner that can increase the tension between themselves and other black people they may perceive as more confused. That tension will make it more difficult to deconfuse those people later. I think the elimination of the behavior that produces that tension will expedite the production of a system of justice.
